In this highly visible role you will be working side by side with Housecall Pro leaders as well as making external connections that will heavily impact the business. The Business Development Associate will be instrumental in driving initiatives around market analysis, organize and develop target lists, and pioneer partnerships with stakeholders along with other responsibilities as this role grows and evolves.

How we will keep you busy:

  • Develop and prioritize lists of potential partners in the home services industry
  • Manage initial outreach and build relationships with key contacts a potential partners
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate partnership deal process with Business Development Lead and Housecall Pro executives, where necessary
  • Monitor and adapt Housecall Pro’s partnership strategy based on industry, competitive and business changes

Minimum qualifications:

  • Proven experience thriving in business development, sales, partner marketing and/or client services role
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills and the ability to influence/sell
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment, with daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s
  • Experience with negotiation, contracts and partnerships
  • Knowledge of and established relationships within the home service industry space.
  • Outside and Inside sales experience is a plus.
  • Bachelors degree is strongly preferred.
