Housecall Pro is currently fully remote, although we are excited to introduce a hybrid work model in 2021 that will allow for a combination of both remote and in-office work. We are open to candidates in Denver, or those planning to move there.

The role: Director, Sales Enablement and Training
As the Director of Sales Enablement and Training you will be an expert and coach on the sales process used at Housecall Pro. You will teach sales technique and philosophy in order to help our team do their best work every day. You will architect the next generation of training strategy including people, platform and process to support our continued growth at scale. You will build a team of dedicated coaches to support your mission to consistently shift the performance curve and help our salespeople reach their full potential. You and your team will be responsible for onboarding new Sales Development Representatives, Enrollment Specialists and Growth Advisors and designing training materials and individualized development plans across a team of more than 100 salespeople (and growing).
You will work closely with sales management to create and monitor minimum acceptable standards of performance and will partner with team leads to identify and prioritize coaching opportunities. Your goals will be anchored around ramp-time for new hires as well as performance of each training cohort.
