Collaborating with senior leadership to build a shared vision for the next 18 months of growth and using your leadership skills to rally your team around where you’re going and how you plan to organize the people, process and platform to get us there.
Manage and grow a first-class team of key account executives by identifying and developing internal talent while also recruiting sales talent to Housecall Pro.
Utilizing the same leadership skills that have driven your career to empower your team to rise to their full potential (through team coaching and 1:1 training and development)
Leveraging your sales skills by taking point on key accounts while also helping your reps take theirs the last mile when needed.
Serving as an internal business partner working alongside product and marketing counterparts to cultivate new strategies to drive revenue.
Compensation - $120 - $144000 DOE
$132 - $165000 OTE
