The role: Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst at Housecall Pro, you’ll support all departments and help stakeholders to make informed decisions. In this role, you are embedded in a team of data analysts, data engineers and data scientists and you’ll work closely with cross-departmental teams, aimed at increasing acquisition, retention and revenue. You’ll support building the foundational data and process infrastructure and deliver data products to support the business' scale objectives and manage the Customer Journey. You will work along the entire analytics value chain; starting with raw data sources to final data products. You will foster a culture of data-driveness through experimentation and data governance.

Our Analytics team is extraordinary. Empathetic, hard working and focused on easy data and information access. We are the "insights engine" of Housecall Pro, helping our teams internally as well as the Housecall Pro service professionals to operate and to grow our businesses.


  • Work with the Analytics team as well as other key stakeholders
  • Develop new reports & improve existing reports in Tableau
  • Troubleshoot issues with existing reports
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to drill into irregularities and answer business questions
  • Expand your skills in Tableau and SQL


  • 1-2 years of related work or internship experience in an Analytics capacity
  • B.S. in Management Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Data affinity and strong attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Curious, proactive and drive for impact
  • Ability to work in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with data visualization software (Tableau)
  • Proficient in SQL

Compensation: $70-75k/year
